CMS for N2-PSA

Carbon molecular sieve is a new sorbent mainly used in the PSA N2 gas generator based on its air separative capacity.

Nitrogen generation by Pressure Swing Adsorption(PSA) process is a technology used to separate nitrogen from a mixture of gases under pressure according to the special selective adsorption characteristic of the Carbon Molecular SIeve(CMS).

The carbon molecular sieve is a material containing tiny pores of precise and uniform size that is used as an adsorbent for gases.

Quality Indicator of the CMS:

1. the diameter of the CMS granule 1.7-1.8mm

2. the period of adsorption 120S

3. the bulk density 680~700g/L

4. the compressive strength≥95N/granule
